T.O.S Terms of Service (Live2D)

Process

​

  • For promotional purposes, the artist has the right to use the finished piece.

  • Full payment is required upfront, and it is non-refundable once the work has commenced.

  • International: Payments must be made in US Dollars (USD) through [insert preferred payment method, e.g., PayPal, Wise].

  • To reserve a commission slot, a 50% deposit is required upfront.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion and delivery of the artwork

  • There will be no refunds allowed once I have started on your commission. The only exception being, if there is any reason I am unable to proceed with the project, I will refund you accordingly.

  • Please provide timely feedback/psd. edits to keep the project on schedule.

  • You may request revisions at the sketch phase till you are satisfied, only minor revisions when sent the final model/final rig. Any revisions deemed as major will be charged a fee.

  • Turnaround time: Please safely expect 4 - 5 weeks for rig-only and 8 - 10 weeks for model + rig. This does not include extra time required for extra outfits / hairstyles. This window will start when I begin your project, not when you are given a slot!

  • Regarding future add-ons: If you are looking for an artist/rigger that is highly available for frequent/urgent work - this is not me!

  • Add-ons may take many many months before I can get started on them depending on how long the add-on queue is.

  • They are considered lower priority to any existing/new commission batch. There will always be time allocated to complete add-ons after existing work is completed.

  • You can let me know anytime you'd like to get add-ons, you will be added to the queue and contacted to begin when I reach your slot!

  • I will update my schedule with an advanced notice when I am intending to take a break/open a new commission batch, in this case all add-on requests that come after this notice will be put on hold on a separate waitlist until said events are over

GENERAL

  • I reserve the right to decline requests that make me uncomfortable.

  • I have the permission to share the commission on my social media and use it as a sample. If you prefer to keep the commission private until its debut, kindly let me know.

  • Slots are assigned/chosen solely through the submission of an application form; they are not allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The availability of slots is not assured.

  • Live2D commissions are classified as commercial use, allowing usage in streaming, videos, etc. If commissioned through a talent company, additional charges will apply based on the company's scale (up to 1.5x).

  • Please make sure to give clear credit to me as the artist/rigger, including a link to my Instagram/Twitter. This ensures that the credit is easily accessible and not hard to locate.

  • The Live2D work file (moc3.) will not be provided or sold to the client. In the case of riggers offering specific rig enhancements, I am open to collaboration and sharing the file if I consider them to be a trusted and reputable individual.

  • You are prohibited from reselling the Live2D model (without permission), redistributing the files, or falsely claiming the artwork as your own. If you intend to make edits or additions to the model, kindly reach out to me for permission.

  • Prices of my commissions are subjected to change at anytime.

  • Using/uploading/selling my work as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) anywhere is strictly prohibited.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • For rig-only commissions, the provided models (PSD) must be ready for rigging.

  • Please refrain from requesting rush commissions as I am not currently accepting them. Kindly submit a request only if you can patiently wait.

  • For model commissions - Please provide at least a clear, completed, front-facing design

  • The PSD file should be organized into properly named and grouped layers (R/L accordingly). Each layer should be drawn entirely, even if partially overlapped. The model must be in the default position—upright and centered, with the face symmetry line aligning with the canvas center line.

  • No mood boards, no (only) descriptive text, no colourless designs. Coloured sketches are okay!

  • Anything that requires me to design or "fill in the blanks" for you will not be considered. I do not offer character design work!

  • Any extra outfits you intend to get will also require reference! Mood boards are alright for very simple outfits.

  • The artist will not need to draw out the full expressions, only the extra assets are required (tears, heart pupils, angry mark, etc.)

ETC.

  • I won't include any additional files for other tracking software.

  • When applying, I strongly recommend exploring other artists/riggers, as I cannot guarantee everyone a slot or accept every commission. Thank you for your understanding!

  • By default, I will only include a configured settings file for the tracking software - VTube Studio.
